Richard is the Business Development Manager for Bedfordshire based at the Open University, Walton Hall. In his most recent roles he has worked within Bedfordshire both in the Voluntary, Community and Private sector.

I have worked with companies both large and small to increase their productivity through staffing and human resources issues. This experience I believe will prove invaluable thanks to relationships forged with the business community in Bedfordshire over the last 13 years and the thorough understanding of the issues that are affecting companies from a commercial and social perspective.

Having worked from both a commercial and academic perspectives, there are huge opportunities for companies in Bedfordshire to learn and benefit from the developments happening within universities, and I am eager to start making a real difference.
