Entry to the 2008 Creative East Awards has now closed and with nearly 300 entries (over 100 more than last year) the event has become the major event on the calendar for the Creative Industries in the region.

The Awards evening will be held at the newly refurbished Theatre Royal in Norwich. The theatre reopened recently, using the venue creates a BAFTA like glittering ceremony attracting well known names such as Clive Anderson and Corinne Hollingworth from the BBC. And as a first the Theatre will also be hosting the after show celebrations.

Top names from the world of show biz, media and the business community come together to present a glittering awards ceremony with an opportunity afterwards to enjoy good company and networking late into the evening.

Tickets for the awards evening are now available and selling fast for what promises to be the biggest and best year yet.

Details of the Evening

By popular demand Clive Anderson will be back to host the Awards, the awards ceremony will include many well known presenters from business and the media with a few surprises thrown in, including presentations from Philip Smith Head of Digital Content at Brand Republic, Haymarket - Brand Media, Corinne Hollingworth, Head of Continuing Drama for the ITV network, and Farine Clarke, MD of Professional Photographer magazine.

You can choose from two ticket options for the evening as follows.

Gold Tickets - £65.00 each (individually or table of ten)

The gold ticket entitles you to wine/soft drink on arrival at the theatre, best available seats for you and your guests for the awards ceremony, after show dinner (buffet style) and networking until 11.15pm at the Theatre Royal.

Silver Tickets - £35.00 each

The silver ticket entitles you to wine/soft drink on arrival at the theatre and a seat for the awards ceremony to watch the presentations. No aftershow event is included with this ticket.

The ceremony is expected to finish at approximately 9pm

This year with the refurbishment of the theatre the full programme including the after show event will be held in just the one place - the Theatre. With the new venue we are limited to a maximum 400 gold tickets.

Now a must attend date in many people's diaries - tickets are already selling fast.

During the after show celebration you will be able to mingle with the presenters, finalists, sponsors and many other well know characters including many decision makers from the world of business. The Awards evening also gives you a great opportunity to entertain clients, staff and other guests and we can accommodate up to ten places on a table should you want a group booking.
