Local business professionals are being offered the opportunity to hear the insights of two renowned design experts at a conference presented by Norwich School of Art and Design (NSAD) on Tuesday, 27th November.

The School's design symposium entitle - ‘Future Business: The Value of Design in the UK Economy' will welcome Michael Peters, Chairman and Executive Creative Director of international brand consultancy, Identica - awarded the OBE in 1990 for his contribution to design and marketing - and Ruth Flood, Head of Research and Information at The Design Council, as keynote speakers.

Richard Denyer, Business Development Manager at NSAD said: "This event is a superb chance for all business professionals in Norwich, both those directly engaged in the design world and those who are not, to discover how strategic design thinking can dramatically contribute to their business performance. The insights from leading industry experts will be of extreme benefit to all who attend and we actively encourage local businesses to join us at the symposium."

The NSAD design symposium will take place from 2pm - 4pm on 27th November at the new Learning Resource Centre on Duke Street. Participants are welcome to turn up on the day. For more information please call NSAD on 01603 610561 or e-mail cibc@nsad.ac.uk
