Along with my colleague Dr Ysanne Carlisle of the Open Business School I am seeking to create a network of action research partners which is mutually beneficial. 'Club' members would benefit by having access to the latest management research / consultancy on topics such as innovation; complexity; leadership; managing change; organisation structures and processes and by sharing good practice. We researchers benefit by improving our access to research data.

Members would receive:

• 5 days action research / consultancy - from a highly qualified academic with management experience
• Participation in an annual conference of members
• One day workshop to train an in-company co-facilitator
• Mentoring of the in-company co-facilitator
• Networking event on key issues

Free 'Taster' events will be held in Milton Keynes in December 2007 and January 2008.
