This element carries forward the investigation began in Drug Discovery Pipeline: where do you stand? It continues the search for ways to achieve company growth. Typically, growth for biotech companies means evolving from being a start-up biotech company to product commercialization. A growth strategy for such a company would require it to be focused, innovative and involve partnering strategies with external organizations for skills, expertise and services that are not present within the SME. This element focuses on the potential strategies that can be brought employed in any biotechnology SME that would ensure continued growth.
