those who fail to plan, plan to fail. The learning centres on the requirements of a typical business plan, on how to set SMART objectives, and most importantly, on presenting financial information, an understanding of which is critical to the success of the enterprise.On completion of this element, you should be able to:

- Define short-term and long-term SMART objectives for the organisation
