Description Anglia Ruskin University has residential accommodation available for rent at the Rivermead campus, located less than 10 minutes walk from Chelmsford town centre and railway station. There is a regular rail service from London Liverpool Street to Chelmsford which takes approximately 35 minutes.

The site comprises five hundred single, en-suite (consisting of a small basin, toilet and shower) study bedrooms, in flats of three, five and six bedrooms. Approximately 200 bed spaces are available for commercial let in the summer, with 25 available the rest of the year. The accommodation provided is room only, but each flat shares a small kitchen or kitchenette / diner where guests can make tea and coffee. Utensils and crockery are not provided, bedrooms are provided with bed linen and towels. Each room has a telephone used for external calls by purchasing a telephone card. There are a limited number of rooms available for wheelchair users on request. Accommodation is based in the student village at Ransomes Way
