Maintaining innovation in the business

All kinds of businesses, both large and small, have benefited from creative approaches. There are many ways to sustain innovation in a business. Making use of, and developing, the knowledge of the workforce is one way, and employees can be given more scope to act on their ideas. Ideas taken from other organisations can be adapted, and managers can explore current management fads and select what they need from these.
