Local brand and design agency, nativeBrand are thrilled to announce that www.collectionslink.org.uk is an award winning website.

Lisa Garwood, managing director of nativeBrand said “We couldn’t be happier. This is a prestigious award for the team and we hope it will be the first of many.” She continued “There are so many websites that look nice, and indeed plenty of agencies who can offer web design that’s consistent with your company brand. However, we believe there is more to a great website than just the way it looks and that’s why Collections Link is an award winner. We work closely with our clients to understand what they need and we use our experience to ensure the design, usability and accessibility is the best it can be for their customers. We want the websites we design and build to work hard for our clients. It’s a simple case of listening, understanding and delivering!”

The international conference for culture and heritage online - Museums and the Web 2007 announced the winners and the Collections Link website won the Museum Professional’s Site category. In making the award, the international panel of judges praised the site as a valuable service with an expansive scope, and described it as “very informative, very educational, accessible and easy to use.”

Nick Poole, MDA’s director said “This is the highest-profile award for web-services in our industry and it is a huge credit both to MDA and nativeBrand to have won it.” He went on to comment personally on the relationship between the two companies. “We really couldn’t have got Collections Link off the ground so quickly or so effectively without Lisa and the nativeBrand team, and I want to thank them for their huge contribution to its success, both in the form of the brand identity but also for going the extra mile and giving us so much useful advice and support over the last 12 months.”
