Job Description:
Our client is a leading healthcare event agency in the UK working with a range of companies throughout the world. From scientific writing, exciting graphics design and 3D animation to fantastic conferences, product launches and gala events, they offer the whole service from their wonderful offices in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. They are now seeking an eager candidate keen to learn all there is to know about the events and communications industry. Working within one of their Project Teams, you will be responsible for: - Administration for a range of events from conferences to exhibitions held for some of the world's premier pharmaceutical companies - Assistance with the preparation of marketing material and giveaways - Assistance on-site both in the UK and Europe - Preparation of event documentation including budgets and timesheets and schedules
Required Skills:
It is essential that you have one of the following: a degree in Events Management, 6-12 months experience in events or Prince II qualification. The company offers extremely good career development prospects.
