If you’ve ever been Tangoed – you may have to thank Liz Davis-Smith. Before i10, she worked for many years in the soft drinks industry helping to sell Pepsi, Britvic and Tango. Liz came to the area 15 years ago to continue her career in the soft drinks industry. She was a national accounts manager for Colmans of Norwich and the first female in that long-established firm to take up a National Accounts position.

Dealing with big accounts such as ASDA taught her many valuable lessons about dealing with businesses, managing internal R&D teams and field sales. “Working in this area gave me an acute awareness of brand identity and the ability to build really solid business relationships. Meeting commercial needs is my passion and that is why i10 has so much to offer,” she says. Her aim, says Liz, is to put the excellent facilities and range of expertise at the University of East Anglia and the Norwich School of Art and Design at the service of local businesses.
