• Membership Information (collected through membership registration forms or the Ask i10 enquiry form)

• Other information (submitted by you when you publish User Content)
• Usage information (collected through cookies and log files).

What do we do with this information?

Membership Information

Your username and real name will appear in the ‘Directories’ section of the web site and in other places if you choose to submit Content. All other membership information, including your email address will be kept private and will never appear on the Website (unless you publish it as part of Your Content). You may change your personal information or remove it at any time via your Account on the Website.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the Website. If you cancel your Website membership we will keep your information for up to six months unless you write to us and ask us to remove it from our systems straight away.

Unless you ask us not to, We may use your information to write to you or send email to you about i10 services that may be of benefit to you. If we do this there will be always be a way for you to tell us not to contact you again.

Enquiries

If you make an enquiry, we will share your enquiry and personal information amongst i10 Partners in order for them to respond to you. We will not share it for any other purposes.

Feedback

We value and welcome your feedback via email.

If you send an email to us seeking advice or information that we are not in a position to give, we may forward your email to the i10 Partners for a response. If we do this we will send you an email informing you of our actions.

Normally any survey and poll information we gather will be used in an anonymous way. If we intend to contact you about your responses to a particular survey we will say so when we ask you to take part in it.

User Content

We encourage you to promote your business or organization via Content published by you on this Website.

If you choose to include personal information in Your Content you are placing it in the public domain. We will not make use of this information, but we can not stop other agents using the Internet from gathering and using it. These include legitimate agents such as Google and less desirable agents such as the email harvesters used by spammers.

Site usage information: Cookies

We use both permanent cookies and temporary cookies (called session cookies). Permanent cookies stay on your computer between visits to i10. Session cookies disappear when you leave i10 and close your browser.

i10 contains links to other websites and to other organisations. This privacy policy applies only to our site, so you should always be aware when you are moving to another site and read the privacy statement of any other site(s) which collect personal information about you.

We do not pass on any personal information you have given us to any other site.
