Your username and real name will appear in the ‘Directories’ section of the web site and in other places if you choose to submit Content. All other membership information, including your email address will be kept private and will never appear on the Website (unless you publish it as part of Your Content). You may change your personal information or remove it at any time via your Account on the Website.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the Website. If you cancel your Website membership we will keep your information for up to six months unless you write to us and ask us to remove it from our systems straight away.
