Position: i10 Knowledge Transfer Manager (Social Science)

Julie joined the i10 office as Knowledge Transfer Manager (Social Sciences) and is currently looking at connecting social science research and the business world. Her role is part funded by the ESRC.

Julie's previous roles have been new product/service introduction and business development within both the public and private sectors. Julies career started out managing inter company technology transfer and new product introduction in GEC (Marconi). Other projects she has managed have included the setting up and operational management of a successful pre start-up business incubator which supported a wide range of new businesses from different sectors including technology businesses, social enterprises, creative industries and services based businesses. She has also managed a number of entrepreneurial business development projects diverse groups of people from the over 50's, to university students, staff and graduates.
