GRANTnet is a new, free service offered by i10 to help UK-based businesses find finance for university-business collaborations. It searches over 4000 funding opportunities and provides you with an overview of relevant funding available, in business-friendly language.
How do I access GRANTnet?
You need to be a full member of i10 and you must be logged in.
If you are not a member of i10 join here to register your details, then login and come back to this page. If you are aleady a member please login now.
When you have logged in complete the seven questions about your proposed project and run the search. You will see a list of advice and grants tuned to your requirements. You can click the results to see a one page summary of each opportunity. A longer version of each opportunity, including application details, will be available from i10 upon request. If you don't come up with anything useful first time you can amend your search and go again.
How can I find out about Graduate Funding Schemes?
i10 can help you find out about structured partnership schemes, for example Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP), Shell STEP and Industrial CASE, which enable businesses to fund student, graduate or post-graduate placements. Click here for more information about Graduate Funding Schemes.
Who is there to help?
i10 has a team of four business development managers, based across the East of England. Team members have a high degree of commercial experience and knowledge and are out on the front line listening to businesses and building up long-term partnerships. They act as a conduit into the universities and can help facilitate your relationship with the university of your choice.
